I had a wonderful experience with Smart Choice Construction. I received quotes from multiple companies for a roof replacement and I am so glad that I chose Smart Choice Construction. I was able to special order some beautiful architectural shingles at no extra cost. The job was completed in one day. They used a roll-away trailer to dispose of the old shingles, so my driveway was not damaged. They covered my whole house fan in the attic before starting work so that it would not be damaged. The team that completed the work were very polite and professional. Josue answered all of my questions and always responded promptly. Hi is an honest and an absolute pleasure to work with. He went above and beyond to make sure my roofing experience was 100% positive. Overall, the whole experience was phenomenal and I cannot recommend Smart Choice Construction highly enough.

From the start to the finish JC and his crew were very professional. They showed up on the day we had arranged to bid the job and gave us a fair price. When the prearranged installation day came the crew showed up at 8:30 am and got right to work. Our roof is quite large ( nearly 60 sq of shingles) but by the end of day two it was completed. They cleaned up very well and went over the entire area around the home with magnets to catch any nails. Overall it was a fantastic job. We would definitely use their service again and Highly recommend them.
